Before Your Session & How It Works
How are sessions conducted?
Sessions can take place over Whatsapp Text / Call or as an Email / Written Reading,
depending on your preference upon booking.
How do you work / What do I need to prepare?
1. Provide your full birth name.
2. You will be asked to share a photo of a traditional A4 drawing you've made, with the name written in the centre or top right corner (colour is welcome, but optional).
3. From there, Shawn draws or writes the messages that come through. Once your reading is complete, you are welcome to ask any follow-up questions.
How should I prepare for my reading?
Arrive with an open mind and heart.
If your reading is via a Whatsapp call, please ensure you are in a quiet space with stable internet connection.
Booking, Deposit & Payments
How do I confirm my booking slot?
Slots are subject to availability.
To secure your scheduled slot, a 50% deposit is required upon booking.
What payment methods do you accept?
Local (Singapore) : PayNow / PayLah!
International : Paypal

Session Etiquette & Policies
Are recordings allowed during the session?
To keep our shared space private, recording during sessions is not permitted.
What is your policy on refunds or missed sessions?
Sessions are an intentional exchange of time and energy.
Missed sessions or late arrivals are non-refundable, unless arranged otherwise in advance.
